Are pegs alive?

Playing around with some pegs, pretty intutitive, just placing pegs on to areas that feel right to me. Also imagining how this would look inside a gallery space on a massive scale, pegs growing and growing into a living breathing object. Are pegs alive?

I love the colours too they work really well together and draw me in more. Bright colours really make a sculpture more inviting and interesting, maybe even more alive, for me anyway.
