Dissolve It All with Dr. Robert Cassar

Ingredients

  Acidic Vodka Scrub

1.75 Liter clear glass bottle of Absolut brand vodka (or any other triple distilled vodka)
100-200 drops of fulvic acid
Level teaspoon of MSM
1 teaspoon Himalayan Salt
100 drops silicon

 Alkaline Vodka Scrub

1.75 Liter clear glass bottle of Absolut brand vodka (or any other triple distilled vodka)
1-2 tablespoons Sodium Bicarbonate (aluminum-free baking soda)
1 teaspoon MSM
1 teaspoon Himalayan Salt
100 drops silicon
2 tablespoons of magnesium oil

Protocol

Aim to do this full protocol twice a week. One day using the acid scrub and the next day the alkaline scrub, never both in the same day.

After you mix the ingredients together (following the recipe above), put a good amount of either the acid or alkline mix (depending on which you choose to use first) on a small sized rag/washcloth and rub mixture all over your skin. Keep reapplying as needed. Use as much pressure when rubbing it in as you can handle… it is meant to seep deep into the skin. Once whole body is cleaned, including legs hands and feet, spray your body all over with magnesium oil and rub in and leave to dry for 5 minutes. Once dry do the same with coconut oil, be generous with the oil in order to give a good strong coat to your whole body. Next go into the Sauna and build up a really good sweat and begin to Gua sha with your Gua sha tool, pushing down hard into your skin and then drawing down away from your body, for correct scraping/pushing technique check out this video. If your pores are open then the the tool will slide effortlessly over your skin and waste will be ejected from your pores. If neither happens then you are not warm enough and need to spend more time in the sauna warming until pores open fully. When sufficiently cleaned all over finish with an ice cold shower then dry off and apply coconut oil again to moisturise.

The best gua sha tools I have found for the job are the wooden sculpting tools sold in art shops or the traditional gua sha tools made from bone which are available very cheaply on Ebay. Here is pictures of how they look.

Tool on far right is the best. Use top spoon part not sharp bottom knife part

B is the best tool
